Many high caliber, national level skiers are getting used to
seeing the flaming red hair of Harry Seaton go flying by them
when he drops into high gear. Harry, who hails from Orillia, has
been a force on the national scene for some years now despite
having taken up the sport later in life than most of his
competitors.
Entering his fourth season as a member of the NDC team in
Thunder Bay, he is very proud of making the team since he feels
it is one of Canada’s premier training centers and to be part of
it is very exciting. One of his proudest skiing moments is
winning the gold medal at the 2010 Canadian National
championships in the team sprint event.
Looking a little further in the future, Harry is setting his
sites on becoming a member of Canada’s National Senior Team
while following his beliefs in sport which are: humility,
dedication and devotion.
Outside of the skiing world, Harry is a student at Lakehead
University and operates his own College Pro Painters business
which he was awarded the franchisee's 2009 Service and
Reliability for all of Central Canada Award.
